About All Fired Up American BBQ

Our Story

At All Fired Up BBQ, we started out with me (Chef Todd) and my best friend (who happened to be my Dad) along with a small trailer we built ourselves back in 2015.  We were in Central Indiana at the time around Fishers, Tipton and Kokomo.  We would set up on weekends in shopping centers and did fairs and festivals all over the central part of the state.  Then my family moved to northern Indiana and opened up the brick and mortar restaurant in Syracuse in 2016. We had a passion to bring  pulled pork, brisket, ribs and stellar chicken (secret recipe that has been in our family over 70 years), and all of our homemade sides and desserts to the public.  We were a big hit and found our calling.  Smoke was rolling and we had a great team and comradery. 


Unfortunately, we lost Dad in 2018 and my world stopped.  I honestly did not think I could do this without him as it had always been a dream to work together.  But looking back, I praise God that I was able to spend that time with him living out our dream of having a BBQ place together even if it was for such a short time.


After many years and a lot of soul searching, my wife, son and I have returned to Lee County, FL where my wife and I met and have decided to let the legacy live on.  The plan was for Dad and Mom to move down to SW FL so we could all do BBQ here.  Even though he is not physically here, we know he is smiling and would want us to go on.  


We have a big rig trailer and we will be around Lee County, FL (Cape Coral, North Fort Myers, Pine Island mainly) bringing the same great love for food to everyone here in paradise.  Follow us on Facebook to see where we are. Our Menu

Our menu is a true celebration of my background in French and Asian cuisine mixed with barbeque. There simply is nothing else like it!  We use only the finest quality meats, sourced local and seasoned with our secret blend of spices. We then slow-smoke it over hickory, oak, apple, or cherry wood for up to 16 hours to create the perfect flavor, smoke ring and tenderness. We also offer a range of  homemade sauces such as Honey Mustard, Hickory Sweet, Texas Sweet, My Way Bacon and Bourbon and Hot Raspberry Chipotle.  To sauce or not to sauce.....that is the actual question.  Our sauces are great, but others say our meat never needs any, so you decide. Then of course we have our delicious homemade sides.  Staples like slaw, mac n cheese and baked beans and then we will have some green beans with bacon, sweet potato casserole, potato salad and others from time to time.   My wife is trying to get me to bring the pulled pork nachos back. We will see!

The legacy lives on.  Even though Dad is not here, his spirit is.
